holding tape firm and level.

WAIST
Measure around the waist (AT NAVEL)
holding tape firmly, but not tight. Keep level.

HIPS / SEAT
Measure around the fullest point of hips
(approximately 9 inches) below waist.
Hold tape firm, but not tight. Keep level.
